EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

B3YOND Basketball Leadership Academy is a nonprofit youth leadership and entrepreneurship organization that uses basketball as a catalyst for academic achievement, leadership development, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, STEM exploration, and community engagement.

The organization exists to address gaps in educational support, mentorship, leadership development, and economic empowerment for young men throughout the East Bay and surrounding communities.

Unlike traditional sports organizations, B3YOND Basketball prioritizes educational achievement, leadership development, entrepreneurship, and personal growth while using basketball as an effective platform for engagement and relationship building.

The Academy seeks to establish a regional Leadership & Innovation Center featuring six showcase basketball courts, educational classrooms, mentorship spaces, and community programming areas designed to serve hundreds of youth annually.
